Description
A one-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based general-purpose binder and adhesive resin, used especially as a rubber binder.
Advantages
- Suitable for outdoor use.
- It has a water-resistant structure.
- Warm weather and humidity accelerate curing.
- Forms a flexible structure after application.
Application Areas
- In SBR / EPDM poured-in-place flooring systems.
- For bonding wood, concrete, metal and PVC.
- For bonding materials such as rubber, gaskets, felt and cork.

Surface Preparation and Application
- To bind loose EPDM and SBR rubber granules together, the granules must be clean; they must be free of foreign matter such as dust, dirt and oil.
- For mixing, once the granules have been added to the mixer, the binder is added at a ratio of 20% - 25% and mixed.
- The binder and rubber mixture is poured onto the previously cleaned and primed surface and spread evenly using a finisher or trowel.
- Final adjustments are made by hand and the surface is left to dry.
- Once the SBR layer has dried, the EPDM layer is applied using the same system to complete the application.
