Used as a bonding bridge on very glossy silica-based surfaces such as glass, ceramic and concrete. Ensures excellent adhesion of subsequent epoxy or amine-based coatings to the surface.

Thinner	Must not be diluted with thinner.

Surfaces to be coated must be free of oil, dust and similar contaminants.
The surface to be coated must be free of moisture, and no loose layer whatsoever may remain.
Glossy surfaces must be roughened with sandpaper. Care must be taken not to break ceramic and glass surfaces during roughening.
Applied to the surface as a thin film by brush, roller, sponge or spray gun.
Depending on the ambient temperature, epoxy and/or amine-based coatings are applied after 2 – 3 hours.

Working area temperature must be 15°C – 30°C.
The ideal temperature of the floor to be coated should be 15°C – 30°C. The temperature must never be below 10°C.
For indoor and outdoor applications, substrate temperature, ambient temperature and ambient humidity must be taken into account.
The relative humidity of the substrate must be below 4%, and the ambient humidity below 80%.
It must not be touched and must not come into contact with water or any chemical until epoxy- and amine-based coatings have been applied over it.
When applied at 20 – 25°C, DEMCO ACR 500 PR/S reaches full cure at room temperature in 1 day on average.
