Description
An epoxy-based, solvent-free, thixotropic, two-component primer that does not run or sag on vertical surfaces. By increasing the mechanical and chemical resistance of the surface it is applied to, it ensures excellent adhesion of subsequent epoxy or polyurethane coats to concrete.
Advantages
- Contains no solvents.
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Excellent bond strength.
- Thanks to its thixotropic properties, it is easy to apply on vertical surfaces.
- Prevents dusting of the surface it is applied to.
- Increases the mechanical and chemical resistance of the surface to which it is applied.
- Impermeable to water and moisture.
- When blended with fillers, it is suitable for repair and filling work.
Application Areas
- Specially designed for stone carpet wall applications.
- Thanks to its thixotropic properties, it can easily be used on vertical surfaces.
- Used as a primer before epoxy and polyurethane products.
- With the addition of a suitable amount of silica sand, it can be used as a repair and filling mortar.

Surface Preparation and Application
- Surfaces to be coated must be free of oil, rust, dust and similar foreign matter.
- Concrete surfaces must be sound and have sufficient compressive strength.
- Glossy surfaces must be roughened.
- Cracks and holes in the surface should be repaired using epoxy repair mortar.
- The product, prepared by mixing components A and B homogeneously, is applied by spreading it over the entire surface with a flat or notched trowel, leaving no voids.
- Do not thin the product with thinner.
Application Conditions
The working area temperature must be 10 °C – 30 °C.
- The products must be brought to the application area at least 24 hours in advance and kept at room temperature.
- Note that the air temperature must be between +10 °C and +30 °C and the relative humidity below 80%.
- Do not apply on damp, wet or frozen substrates.
- Necessary precautions must be taken for applications in very hot, very cold, humid or windy weather. Particular attention should be paid to the possible adverse effects of dew formation and condensation.
- Make sure there is no negative-side water or water vapor pressure on the substrates.
- After application, the surface must not be touched for 24 hours and must not come into contact with water.
- A suitable amount of mixture should be prepared during work, and work should continue until the entire mixture has been used.
