Description
An alkyd-based, air-drying, matte industrial topcoat containing zinc phosphate. Thanks to the zinc-based anti-corrosive additives it contains, it provides long-lasting corrosion resistance on metal surfaces. It can be applied to all kinds of metal surfaces such as machine parts, agricultural machinery, hand tools, drums, valves, steel cabinets and tables.

Surface Preparation and Application
- The surfaces to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, oil and all kinds of dirt, and dried.
- Depending on the surface condition, cleaning must be carried out by sandblasting, wire brushing or mechanical scraping.
- The paint should be mixed thoroughly before use.
- Can be applied by roller or brush on small areas.
- In industrial applications, it must be thinned appropriately (with 10-30% INDUSTRIAL THINNER) and applied in two coats by conventional or airless spray.
- The paint must not be touched after application until it is fully dry.
- Application tools should be cleaned with thinner after each application.
- After partial use, the container must be tightly resealed.
Application Conditions
- During application, the ambient temperature must be 5-35°C and the relative humidity within 10% – 80%.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during and after application.
